Pray for Puerto Rico

My Island, my town, my ppl, my family - and I’m feeling helpless, watching from Florida as the disasters affect my loved ones and the island I love so much. The last thing I thought would come to pass is earthquakes in PR.

Lord Jesus, tonight I say a prayer for Puerto Rico. Lord we ask for your protection over the island and over the people of PR and we ask you to make the impossible - possible. Restore the electricity and water to everyone. Any further natural disasters we pray that it is entirely averted, as the island is in ruins trying to recover from all of the recent and past hits. Lord lead guide and direct the people of Puerto Rico. Build their strength, their faith, and reach the lost. Lord we pray for the leaders of our country to be effective. Lord we ask you to bless the ppl of PR we ask you to bless the volunteers, medical specialists, and all of the workers trying to restore the island. We ask for more prayers to be lifted up for PR in the mighty name of Jesus. I plead the blood of Jesus over my family. Lord we ask for all of this in your precious and mighty name. In Jesus Name. Amen.

My favorite person in the whole world is my Abuela. She’s suffering from Alzheimer’s, and currently there is no water or power in their home. They endured hurricane Maria, and now Earthquakes. I was planning a trip just to visit with her and be there next to her. I don’t care what condition she is in. When I was sick she took care of me and I’m sad to say I haven’t even been able to even visit her. I really thought I had more time with her. Every year I’d say I’m going to visit her when I have more money and more money just never came. I miss her in every way.

As unpredictable as this earthquake situation is for everyone, no one knows what to expect next, I am unable to visit her now until God knows when.

I’m very sensitive about this literally can’t talk about her without crying like a faucet. Pray for me that I can trust God in this difficult time. He has everything in his hands.
