Healing
“The world” has nothing to offer anyone. When I refer to “the world,” the places that are not centered and focused on God. Referencing “worldly” things, I’m speaking about things that are not God related. For example, worldly music, worldly movies, worldly concepts, and anything that is anti-Christ. Some people weren’t raised in the church, while others were. No one is safe from imperfection and sin. Which means it doesn’t matter if you were raised in church or not, everyone can find themselves heartbroken or in a situation where they are hurt physically and emotionally. God allows these things to strengthen us and for us to overcome it. He allows it to be a part of our lives to build our testimony. Testimonies allow us to reach others who go through the same things. It gives us the wisdom of God and life that helps others with the same guidance God gave you.
God guarantees in his word that you will, indeed be healed.
Avoiding the healing process in your life for all of the pain you’ve gone through is irresponsible not just to other people but most importantly to yourself. Letting go of all of the hurt, forgiving others, allowing Jesus to move through each situation - allows you to grow and shift into the next phases of your life. Not addressing the pain and choosing to not forgive means you will be too weighed down to even move forward into your destiny - into the next chapters of your life. Leave it at the altar, at the feet of Jesus. He is the burden bearer, the one who already paid the price for our sins, you have no business carrying the dead weight. Jesus says seek deliverance and move forward.
