HOW CAN JESUS BE THE FATHER AND THE SON?
The same way he is the first and the last .
The same way he is the lion and the lamb.
The same way he is the Alpha and the Omega.
He is the beginning and the end!
Jesus is the brightness of his glory and the express image of his PERSON! He is the image of the invisible God , He is God manifest in the flesh! God with us (Emmanuel)! He is our Lord and our God like Phillips and Steven said , “He is the everlasting father.” Like Isaiah said, “By His stripes we are healed.” The almighty Jesus himself said in the book of Revelations, “I am the alpha and the omega, beginning and the end.” Jesus is the name that is above every name. “There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.” Jesus is the way the truth and the life and NO man comes unto the father but by him.
“If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.”
“Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?”
“I and my Father are one.”
“Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.”
“Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”
“I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.”
“Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.”
“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”
“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.”
“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”
“The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.”
“And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.”
“And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.”
“Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.”
Thank you Jesus for always revealing yourself through scriptures. There are more scriptures that let us know that Jesus is the Almighty God and so many more that let us know that the knowledge of who the Son of God truly is, is a hidden mystery revealed only to those who truly seek understanding of God through a pure desire to know and walk with God in Truth.
“He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.”
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.”
“But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory.”
